Implement an enhanced quality system for clinical trial and support services processes at IDI
A dedicated Training and Quality manager will be employed to work on the project. Roles will include streamlining existing clinical trial SOPs, reviewing online benefits compliance and instituting ongoing education and training focused on evidence based behavior and organization change model (e.g. using 5S methodology), support continuous quality improvement and coordinate Corrective and Preventative Action as necessary
Independent monitoring of quality indicators of emergency care and objective assessment of capacity for immediate/urgent management of severe illnesses and serious adverse events will be assessed by partners including Walimu and the Department of Anaesthesia, Makerere University.
Independent clinical trial audits will be conducted to assess progress
